In our last
English lesson we have read Mr. Ross's article, which is called "Voting At
16", in the newspaper "Voices of the UK".
Basically
what it says is, that voting at the age of 16 is too early. The editor mean,
that young people are not in the position to have knowledge about the
government. You told us in your article about your daughter, who isn't
interested in politics and you say, that every teenager is like your daughter,
which means they aren't able to vote the government.
I disagree
with you. I think, voting at the age of 16 is a good chance, that teenagers are
able to say there opinion about the government. We all know that we teenager
are the future and so it is very important, that we have the chance to vote,
also if some teenagers aren't interested in politics.
